DELIVERY INFORMATION

Please note due to the COVID-19 pandemic please allow up to an additional 5 business days from the Estimated Delivery Date.

A measure that most carriers have implemented because of COVID-19, is to no longer require a signature on delivery, allowing them to drop your parcel at the door without contact.

ON-LINE SHIPPING POLICY

We’re currently only selling a few of our products online.

Our website is administered by office staff who work

Monday-Friday between 8am – 4.30pm.

Any orders placed on a weekend, Public Holiday or days that we are closed will be attended to the next business day.

NB. If there is a delay in stock availability, we will contact you to advise ETA.

We do not offer shipping for/to:

Items that are deemed as dangerous goods are not able to be delivered but are available for in- store pick-up where the product is available.

COLLECT IN STORE OR DELIVERY?

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup from our warehouse at 22/872 Canterbury Rd Roselands NSW 2196. After you receive your ‘ready to collect’ email, you’ll need to bring your driving licence or other government issued photo ID to the store, and if you paid by credit card, the credit card used to make the purchase. The name on licence must match the name on the card and the name on the order. The store may take a copy of your driving licence, this is to help prevent credit card fraud and will be kept temporarily. After a short period, it will be destroyed. 

Your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 business days.

Our in-store pickup hours are:       Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

Saturday 8.30am to 12.30pm.

If the above procedure is not followed, the store reserves the right to not release your order to you.

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE

If you think you may not be home to accept our delivery you can select the Authority To Leave option during check out.

If you select this option;

DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery charges are calculated on the shipping region/post code you have selected, weight and dimensions of items. Incorrect delivery details will result in the delivery being aborted and you will be charged a re-delivery fee. Your original delivery charges will not be refunded.

Our couriers also charge for additional waiting times that will be passed on to the buyer, so please don’t leave them waiting.

DELIVERY LOCATIONS

International deliveries are not available.

We can only deliver to street addresses.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

We aim to dispatch delivery items within 2 business days.

We generally use Australia Post for our deliveries and their estimated times are 2 to 5 business days unless you elect Express Post.

Deliveries occur Monday to Friday between 7am and 5pm

If you are not present when the courier drops of the package, then they may drop a collection card in your mailbox for collection at a nearby Post office

IN STORE DELIVERY POLICY

BULKY ITEMS OR PALLET DELIVERIES THAT REQUIRE A FORKLIFT OR LOADING DOCK

If you are ordering a large item or pallet that requires a forklift at the drop off location you will need to confirm that a forklift is available when the delivery arrives, if it is not, the delivery will be aborted and you will be charged a re-delivery fee. Your original delivery charges will not be refunded. Next day deliveries need be to place the order before 12pm.
