How to use it
A flush, compliant recess in 7 steps- Mark your centre
Locate the drainage pipe and mark the centre point of the recess.
- Fit the disc
Mount the recess disc onto a standard angle grinder.
- Drop in the pilot
Lower the 100mm wheel bearing into the drainage pipe so the cut self-centres.
- Plunge and rotate
Cut a clean 200mm recess into the slab — typically in under two minutes.
- Keep it dustless
Run a vacuum or dust extraction alongside for a clean, safe cut.
- Test-fit the flange
Drop in the Puddle Pro 100mm flange — it should sit flush with the slab.
- Bed and waterproof
Bond the flange and waterproof the recess to AS 3740 & AS 4654.
