Ardex P9 Waterbased Primer represents a breakthrough in surface preparation, offering advanced features to elevate construction standards. Crafted with an innovative water-based formulation, this primer ensures superior bonding and adhesion, creating a solid foundation for subsequent flooring installations. Beyond enhancing adhesion, Ardex P9 also provides protection to the substrate, safeguarding it against potential damage. Easy to apply and fast-drying, this primer streamlines the preparation process, saving both time and effort on the job site.

ARDEX P9 Single Part Primer has a shelf life of 12 months when stored in the original unopened packaging, in a dry place at 23ºC and 50% relative humidity.
ARDEX P9 Single Part Primer is compatible with subsequent applications of selected ARDEX Tile Adhesives, ARDEX Floor Levelling Compounds and ARDEX Undertile Waterproofing Membranes (non fully immersed conditions).
Approximate 6m² - 10m²/L. Coverage will vary depending on the porosity of the surface and method of application.
Allow approximately 20 minutes at 23ºC and 50% relative humidity. Ensure the ARDEX P9 Single Part Primer is fully dry prior to the application of subsequent ARDEX products.
