  • When do I use 13mm packers instead of 10mm?
    Compatibility

    13mm Packers are used for high-volume injection where larger flow rates are required, for deep cracks where extra grip is needed, and for some heavier-duty injection machine systems. Most standard crack work uses 10mm packers.

  • How are they installed?
    Installation

    Drill 13mm angled holes at 45 degrees across the crack at 100-150mm spacing, insert the packer, tighten the bolt to expand the rubber sleeve, attach the injection gun fitting, then inject resin under pressure until refusal.

  • What pressure rating?
    Performance

    13mm packers handle higher injection pressures and flow rates than 10mm packers, making them suitable for INJEXA SWM 1300/1500 pump applications and large-volume polyurethane foam injection (Crack Swell PU1100).

  • Which Forspec injection products work with these?
    Compatibility

    Compatible with PU200, PU300, PU500, Injectswell, ER300, Crack Pro 1200, ProBond 1100, and Crack Lock E400L. Match the gun/pump coupler to the 13mm packer thread.

  • Are they reusable?
    Performance

    No. Like 10mm packers, these are single-use - the expanded rubber sleeve cannot be removed cleanly. Cut flush after injection and patch with epoxy paste.
