When do I use 13mm packers instead of 10mm?
Compatibility13mm Packers are used for high-volume injection where larger flow rates are required, for deep cracks where extra grip is needed, and for some heavier-duty injection machine systems. Most standard crack work uses 10mm packers.

How are they installed?
InstallationDrill 13mm angled holes at 45 degrees across the crack at 100-150mm spacing, insert the packer, tighten the bolt to expand the rubber sleeve, attach the injection gun fitting, then inject resin under pressure until refusal.

What pressure rating?
Performance13mm packers handle higher injection pressures and flow rates than 10mm packers, making them suitable for INJEXA SWM 1300/1500 pump applications and large-volume polyurethane foam injection (Crack Swell PU1100).

Are they reusable?
PerformanceNo. Like 10mm packers, these are single-use - the expanded rubber sleeve cannot be removed cleanly. Cut flush after injection and patch with epoxy paste.
