FORCRETE 100 is a single-component, polymer-modified, fibre-reinforced repair mortar for putting concrete back on columns, beams, walls and soffits. It holds 3 to 100 mm in a single pass, vertical, overhead or horizontal, without formwork, and meets the EN 1504-3 Class R4 thresholds on Forspec R&D data. 20 kg bag.

Surface suitability
- Concrete (new concrete a minimum of 28 days old, all damaged, spalled and unsound material mechanically removed)
- Concrete (perimeter edges saw-cut square to a minimum depth of 5 mm, never feather-edged)
- Concrete (prepared to a sound, roughened CSP 4-6 profile free of laitance, dust, oil and contaminants)
- Concrete (saturated with clean water to a saturated surface dry condition, no standing water at placement)
- Exposed steel reinforcement (cleaned to bright metal, ISO 8501-1 Sa 2 and a half, and zinc-primed immediately)
Apply only between 5C and 35C ambient and substrate. Do not apply below 5C and falling, onto frozen substrates, or above 35C. Never exceed the mixing water dose of 3.6 L per 20kg bag, as overwatering reduces strength and delays setting. New concrete must be a minimum of 28 days old. Application thickness is 3-100mm per pass, with repairs deeper than 100mm built in successive layers. Do not apply to unstable or moving substrates, as reflective cracking will occur. Curing is mandatory: ACTFLEX CURESEAL or damp hessian and plastic sheeting for a minimum of 72 hours, and the surface must not be allowed to dry, or be exposed to rain, hose water or traffic, in the first 24 hours. Use ACTFLEX EP250 as the primer for immersed or wet-exposure conditions. Never re-temper or reuse stiffened mortar. The wet mix is alkaline, contains portland cement and may contain respirable crystalline silica: wear a P2 dust respirator, chemical-resistant gloves, eye protection and covering clothing, and read the SDS before use.
