FORCRETE Panel Patch 20kg

FORCRETE 100 is a high-performance, polymer-modified structural repair mortar designed for vertical, overhead, and horizontal concrete applications. It achieves a compressive strength of approximately 25 MPa after 1 day, 51 MPa at 7 days, and up to 70 MPa at 28 days. The flexural strength reaches 10 MPa, and tensile bending strength is around 9 MPa, with a bond strength to concrete exceeding 2 MPa. Its dense formulation provides a modulus of elasticity of 26 GPa and a wet density of 2.1 g/cm³. FORCRETE 100 also demonstrates excellent thermal performance with a thermal conductivity of 1.4 W/m·K and a coefficient of thermal expansion between 7–10 × 10⁻⁶/°C.
