  • What strength does it reach?
    Performance

    FORCRETE Panel Patch achieves 70 MPa compressive strength at 28 days - one of the highest-strength repair mortars in the Forspec range. Bond strength to concrete exceeds 2 MPa - typically exceeds parent concrete strength.

  • Thickness range?
    Installation

    Horizontal applications: 10-180mm in a single layer. Vertical and overhead: 5-100mm. Initial set in 1.5 hours, final set in 2.5 hours. Mix 20kg powder with 3.6L water.

  • What about reinforcing steel?
    Compatibility

    Fibre-reinforced and polymer-modified. Resists chloride ingress and carbonation - so it actively helps protect embedded rebar in coastal and aggressive environments. Use BR10 ZP zinc-rich primer on exposed rebar.

  • Yield from a 20kg bag?
    Performance

    20kg powder plus 3.6L water yields approximately 11.1-11.5L of mixed mortar. Density 2.1 g/cm³. The high strength and dense matrix make it suitable for marine and infrastructure repair.
