ACTFLEX ER300 is a low-viscosity, two-component epoxy resin designed for pressure injection of fine to medium structural cracks in concrete. ACTFLEX ER300 penetrates deep into cracks from 0.1–1.0 mm, restoring structural integrity and permanently sealing the crack with no shrinkage after curing.

ACTFLEX ER300 is solvent-free and provides excellent adhesion to concrete, making it ideal for structural crack repair in slabs, beams, columns, bridges, tunnels, and industrial floors. Once cured, ACTFLEX ER300 forms a high-strength bond that prevents water ingress and protects steel reinforcement from corrosion.

  • What crack range does it handle?
    Performance

    ER300's low viscosity penetrates cracks from 0.1mm to 1.0mm wide - the fine structural crack range that thicker epoxies can't fill. Deep penetration ensures full crack volume is welded back together.

  • How is it applied?
    Installation

    Apply via the INJEXA SWM injection pump through 10mm or 13mm packers spaced 100-150mm along the crack. Two-component mix, solvent-free. Permanent moisture and chloride barrier once cured.

  • Is it suitable for structural strengthening?
    Compatibility

    Yes. ER300 is suitable for steel-plate bonding and structural strengthening applications - the cured epoxy provides high compressive, tensile, and flexural strength that restores concrete integrity.
