ACTFLEX MB200 is a high-performance, single-component, solvent-free pure polyurethane resin primer engineered as a fast-drying bonding primer and moisture vapor retarder (MVR). Strengthens and seals substrates, provides moisture barrier protection up to 98% RH when applied in two crisscross coats, and approved for use beneath timber flooring. Suitable for interior and exterior applications.

Substrate must be structurally sound, dry and free from dust, grease, laitance, weak layers or contaminants. Do not dilute. Subsequent coatings or levelling layers must be installed within 48 hours of priming — beyond that, the surface must be mechanically reactivated or reprimed. Apply between 5°C and 35°C.
