  • What is the Injection Handle SWM?
    Compatibility

    The Injection Handle SWM is a heavy-duty injection wand with a turn-valve flow control, used with the INJEXA SWM 1300/1500 pumps for precise resin delivery into individual crack injection packers.

  • Why use a turn-valve handle?
    Performance

    The turn-valve lets you start and stop resin flow at the packer without releasing pump pressure, preventing back-flow and wasted material. Critical for sequential packer work where you move from packer to packer.

  • How does it connect?
    Installation

    Threads onto the SWM injection hose at one end and the gun coupler (quick release) at the packer end. Open the valve to inject, close to stop, move to next packer.

  • Which system does it suit?
    Compatibility

    Designed for the Forspec INJEXA SWM 1300 and SWM 1500 systems. Other injection pump brands may use different thread specs - confirm compatibility before mixing systems.

  • Maintenance?
    Performance

    Flush with solvent after every job to prevent the valve seizing from cured resin. Replace internal seals if leakage develops at the valve or hose connection.
