Injection Hose SWM High-Pressure Injection Hose is engineered for demanding crack injection and structural repair applications using polyurethane, epoxy, or acrylic resins. Designed to handle working pressures up to 800 bar (11,600 psi), it features a chemical-resistant polyamide inner core, a durable braided steel or thermoplastic reinforcement, and a protective polyurethane outer layer for superior abrasion resistance. With an internal diameter of 4–6mm, it ensures precise resin delivery even in high-pressure environments. The hose performs reliably across a wide temperature range from -40°C to +100°C, and is available in 10m, 20m, or 50m coils with customizable connection types, including zerk and button-head fittings. Ideal for crack injection, curtain grouting, and other concrete repair systems.
