With an internal diameter of 4–6mm, it ensures precise resin delivery even in high-pressure environments. The hose performs reliably across a wide temperature range from -40°C to +100°C, and is available in 10m, 20m, or 50m coils with customizable connection types, including zerk and button-head fittings. Ideal for crack injection, curtain grouting, and other concrete repair systems.

    Compatibility

    The SWM Crack Injection Hose is the primary high-pressure hose connecting the INJEXA SWM 1300/1500 pump to the injection handle, rated for the full operating pressure range of the system.

  • What's special about a crack injection hose?
    Performance

    Standard hydraulic hoses cannot tolerate the chemical attack of polyurethane and epoxy injection resins. The SWM hose has a chemically resistant inner liner rated for PU200, PU500, Injectswell, ER300, and other Forspec injection products.

  • How is it connected?
    Installation

    Threads onto the pump outlet at one end and the Injection Handle SWM at the other. Hand-tighten the fittings then snug with a wrench - do not overtighten the threads.

  • Which pumps does it fit?
    Compatibility

    Designed for INJEXA SWM 1300 and SWM 1500 pumps. Other pump systems use different fittings - verify before ordering replacements.

  • When should I replace it?
    Performance

    Replace immediately if you see swelling, blistering, abrasion, or fluid weeping at the fittings. A failed high-pressure hose is a serious safety hazard - never use a damaged hose.
