What are the 600mm injection packers used for?
CompatibilityHigh-Pressure Injection Packers 600mm are long-shank packers used for deep-set crack injection in thick concrete elements (slabs >300mm, deep retaining walls, dam structures) where standard short packers don't reach the crack at full depth.

How are they installed?
InstallationDrill a deep angled hole intersecting the crack at depth, insert the 600mm packer to the correct depth, tighten the expansion bolt to grip the concrete walls, then inject through the standard gun coupler at the exposed end.

Why use 600mm instead of standard packers?
PerformanceStandard 100-150mm packers only reach the crack near the surface. For thick concrete, the resin needs to be injected directly into the crack at full depth to achieve proper penetration and bond - the 600mm packers deliver resin to that depth.

Which resins do these work with?
CompatibilityCompatible with the full Forspec injection range: PU200, PU500, Injectswell, ER300, Crack Pro 1200, ProBond 1100PS. Match the gun coupler to the packer thread.

Are they reusable?
PerformanceNo. Like all expansion packers, the rubber sleeve grips permanently once tightened. Cut flush after injection and patch the exposed thread with epoxy paste.
