How to Use

Position the PREBAR T-Piece Vertical at the location where a vertical PREBAR profile intersects with another PREBAR section.

Weld or join the PREBAR sections to the T-Piece using the approved PREBAR welding procedure.
Check that all connections are fully sealed and correctly aligned.
Continue installation of the remaining PREBAR system to create a continuous waterproof barrier.

    Properly prepared bare concrete (cured 28+ days) and fibreglass pools. Recoating of previously epoxy-painted concrete and fibreglass.

  • Will it remove cured epoxy grout?
    Performance

    Most effective on epoxy grout residue removed within 48 hours of grouting. Heavily cured residue may require mechanical assistance or specialist removers.

  • Compatible with which sealers?
    Installation

    All Dry-Treat / STAIN-PROOF penetrating sealers (Premium, 40SK, Dense Stone, Waterborne, Color Enhancing, Paver Enhancing) plus other solvent- or water-based penetrating sealers from any manufacturer.

  • Is this product UV-stable above water?
    Performance

    Designed for underwater use only — direct sunlight exposure may cause fading, peeling or chalking. Apply Omega Omethane 343 topcoat if exposed sections are a concern.

  • Can I buy a replacement disc separately?
    Durability & Value
