Common questions

How do I book a spot?

Pick a date in the booking calendar, choose how many seats you need, and check out. Your confirmation email carries the full venue address, start time and what to bring.

What if the date I want is sold out?

Sold-out dates cannot be selected in the calendar. If every date is full, send us an enquiry and we will contact you first when new dates are released.

Can I book seats for my whole team?

Yes. Choose the number of seats when you book. If you would rather have the room to yourselves, ask about a private session and we will tailor the day to the systems your crew uses.

What do I need to bring?

Work clothes and steel caps, since you will be applying real product. All materials, tools and PPE for the session are supplied, along with lunch and refreshments.

Do I get anything on paper?

Yes. This is a formal installer accreditation, issued on completion of the full session. Some specifications and warranty positions require it.

Do I need experience to attend?

No. Sessions are pitched so beginners can follow from the fundamentals, while experienced trades get into the detailing and problem-solving. Bring your own job problems and we will work through them.

Can I reschedule or get a refund?

Contact us as early as you can and we will move your seat to another date where places allow. Because class sizes are capped, late cancellations are harder to fill, so earlier notice always helps.
