How to Use

Apply by brush, roller, broom or squeegee so that the dry film thickness is 300 micronsConfirm surfaces are sound, stable, dry, clean and free of dust, loose, flaking, friable material and substances that may diminish adhesion
Make blowholes and surface imperfections sound and fill with Duram Resiflex FC sealant or a non-shrink mortar, finished flush with the surface, then allow to cure and dry
Prime surfaces with Duram Primeseal MC at no less than 1 Lt per 4m2, or Duram Primeseal SP at 1Lt per 7m2, and allow to dry
Over new Multithane membranes that are clean and dry, apply within 24 hours of the membrane with no other preparation required
On aged or contaminated Multithane membranes, clean off the contaminant, for example detergent for oil, flush and allow to dry
Wipe aged membrane surfaces down with Duram Solvent to rejuvenate the top layer and allow to flash off
Carry out test sample areas for performance and adhesion if not primed
Complete detailing as per the relevant TDS of the chosen membrane selection
Apply Multithane ATC by brush, roller, broom or squeegee so that the dry film thickness is 300 microns
Over cured Multithane range or Duram 195, apply at the approximate rate of 3 to 4 m2 per litre
Apply the second coat within 24 hours to achieve inter coat adhesion bonding and avoid the need to reprime
Allow to touch dry within 4 to 6 hours; re-coat between 6 and 24 hours
Allow full cure within 24 hours
Clean equipment immediately with Duram Solvent
