FORCEM Binder 20kg (engineered cement)

FORCEM Screed Binder achieves a compressive strength of 17 MPa after 1 day, 25 MPa after 7 days, and 30 MPa at 28 days. Its flexural strength at 28 days is 5 MPa, with a working time exceeding 60 minutes. The product maintains moisture content below 3% after 24 hours and is VOC-compliant with emissions under 17 mg/m³.

The standard mix ratio is 1 part FORCEM to 5 parts sand (0–8 mm), with 3.6–4.8 litres of water per 10 kg of binder, producing a moist-earth consistency that holds shape without dripping. When enhanced with ACTFLEX 300 (1 litre per 10 kg of FORCEM), water is reduced to 3.3–4.2 litres, improving flexural strength, bonding, drying speed, and water resistance.

For bonded screeds, a slurry coat consisting of 3 parts FORCEM, 2 parts ACTFLEX 300, and water to brushable consistency must be applied fresh-on-fresh to the substrate. Recommended FORCEM dosage is 2.0–2.5 kg/m² per cm of screed thickness, equating to 8.0–10.0 kg/m² for 40 mm screeds.

Packaging is in 20 kg multi-ply paper bags with moisture barrier, and the product has a shelf life of 12 months when stored in a cool, dry, sealed environment.
