UV-stable trafficable topcoat for exposed Forspec PU and polyurea membranes. 2,000 hours UVB with no cracking, blistering or chalking.
ACTFLEX ATC is a single-pack, moisture-curing aliphatic polyurethane topcoat. Roll it over a cured FORSPEC polyurethane or polyurea membrane and the system becomes trafficable, taking foot and vehicle traffic and standing up to oils, cleaning agents and harsh chemicals. Clear or grey. 15 L pack.
Where to use it
Why waterproofers buy it
Coverage
6 to 8 m² per litre per coat, two coats. 15 L pack: about 90 to 120 m² one coat, 45 to 60 m² two coats.
Not for
Waterproofing on its own (it protects a membrane), anything but cured FORSPEC PU or polyurea without Forspec sign-off, substrate moisture over 5%, below 5°C or above 35°C, immersion, or filling defects. Combustible while uncured, keep ignition sources away.
All times at 25°C and 50% RH.

Correct application makes all the difference.
Not a waterproofing membrane. ACTFLEX ATC protects a membrane, it does not waterproof an area. Apply only over cured FORSPEC polyurethane and polyurea membranes; confirm compatibility with a FORSPEC representative before use over any other system. Do not apply where substrate moisture exceeds 5%, below 5C or above 35C substrate temperature. Do not dilute unless expressly instructed in writing by an authorised FORSPEC representative. Where the membrane has been cured and left exposed for more than 24 hours before topcoating, thorough cleaning is mandatory. Beyond the 36 hour maintenance recoat window the surface must be abraded and cleaned before recoating. Not a levelling or filling product - rectify surface defects, pinholes and membrane irregularities first. Not for immersion service without written FORSPEC approval. The uncured product and its vapours are combustible, so exclude all ignition sources.

ATC Top Coat is a single-pack aliphatic polyurethane top coat applied over PU/polyurea waterproof membranes to provide UV protection, chemical resistance, and a trafficable finish. Suitable for both foot and vehicle traffic.
Coverage is 0.4 kg/m² for light pedestrian traffic (one coat) or 0.8 kg/m² for vehicle traffic (two coats), achieving approximately 0.2mm DFT. Touch-dry in 3 hours, recoat in 12 hours, waterproof in 5 hours.
ATC is single-pack moisture-curing - no mixing required. Apply by roller or brush over the cured membrane. Self-levelling formula gives a smooth finish. Service temperature range -20°C to +80°C once cured.
ATC is low-VOC certified and tested to 2000 hours UVB accelerated weathering. Bond strength to substrate exceeds 1.5 MPa with over 140% elongation. Grey is the standard colour; custom colours available.
Compatible with the full ACTFLEX polyurethane membrane range including 929 HV/SL, 925 SFPU, and 906 WPU. Use ATC for cost-effective UV protection where ULTRA FC's polyaspartic premium isn't required.
