What's the cured strength?

Crack Lock E400L achieves 80.5 MPa compressive strength (ASTM D695-15) - one of the highest-strength injection resins in the Forspec range. Restores or exceeds parent concrete strength.

Why the ultra-low viscosity?

Viscosity 100-500 cps at 25°C - so thin it wicks into hairline cracks where higher-viscosity epoxies can't penetrate. Critical for deep penetration into structural microcracks.

Mix ratio and application?

3:1 mix ratio. Tack-free in 30-40 minutes at 23°C, full cure approximately 3 hours at 24°C. Apply at 5-35°C ambient. 100% solids, solvent-free, waterproof when cured.

24-month shelf life when stored sealed. Service temperature -7°C to +50°C once cured. Impermeable when cured - sealed cracks become permanent.
