    The 90mm Forspec Pressure Roller is used to embed mesh tape, butyl tape, and reinforcement fabrics into liquid waterproofing membranes - applying firm even pressure to eliminate air pockets and ensure full membrane contact.

  • How do I use it?
    Installation

    Apply the first coat of membrane, lay the mesh or tape into the wet membrane, then run the pressure roller firmly along the entire length pressing the reinforcement fully into the membrane before applying the second coat.

  • Why use a pressure roller instead of just hand pressure?
    Performance

    The roller applies consistent pressure across the full width of the tape or mesh, eliminating the air bubbles and wrinkles that hand pressure leaves behind. Air pockets under tape are a leading cause of waterproofing failures.

  • Which Forspec products require a pressure roller?
    Compatibility

    Essential for installing ACTFLEX Leak Tape, SA TAPE, MESHTAPE, FLEXTAPE, EXPANDOFLEX, AT-MESH fabric, and self-adhesive sheet membranes including ACTFLEX 5000 and 900S.

  • How do I clean it?
    Performance

    Clean immediately with solvent for polyurethane membranes or water for water-based products. Cured product on the roller surface reduces its effective pressure transfer.
