What is this squeegee used for?
CompatibilityThe 600mm Notched Squeegee with 6mm notch is used to spread self-levelling cementitious compounds, epoxy floor coatings, and high-build membranes at a consistent thickness across large floor areas.

Why a 6mm notch?
PerformanceThe 6mm notch leaves ridges that self-level into a uniform 3-4mm wet film thickness after smoothing - the typical application rate for epoxy floor coatings and self-levelling compounds like Crystal Coat or Level X Pro.

How do I use it?
InstallationPour the mixed product onto the substrate, then drag the squeegee at 45 degrees with even pressure to spread the material. Back-roll with a microfibre roller within the working time to remove squeegee marks and pinholes.

Which Forspec products work with this squeegee?
CompatibilitySuitable for ACTFLEX Crystal Coat epoxy, Ultra Shield polyaspartic, Level X Pro self-levelling, and any system requiring 3-4mm consistent film thickness over large areas.

How do I clean it?
PerformanceClean immediately after use with solvent for epoxy/polyurethane products or water for cementitious products. The 600mm blade lasts for many jobs with proper cleaning - replace if the notches wear down.
