    Compatibility

    Level X Pro is a high-flow polymer-modified cementitious self-levelling compound for internal floors before waterproofing, tiling, vinyl, or timber installation. Smooths out unevenness in concrete substrates without the labour of traditional screed.

  • Coverage and thickness range?
    Performance

    Coverage is 4 m² per 20kg bag at 3mm thickness. Apply from 1.5mm to 100mm in a single pass. Walkable in 2 hours, less than 4% moisture in 24 hours, touch-dry in 8-12 hours.

  • Mix ratio and application?
    Installation

    Mix 4.4-4.8L water per 20kg bag, mixing 2-3 minutes with a low-speed paddle. Open working time is 20-30 minutes. 100% solids powder, no VOC concerns indoor.

  • What primer should I use?
    Compatibility

    Use ACTFLEX 300 as the standard primer pairing for Level X Pro. If the slab is damp or has moisture issues, use ACTFLEX EP 250 instead as it doubles as a moisture barrier.

  • Strength rating?
    Compliance

    Strength gain: 15 MPa at 1 day, 25 MPa at 7 days, 35 MPa at 28 days. Replaces traditional cement/sand mixes with a faster, more reliable result for level floor preparation.
