Where is the silicon pressure roller used?
CompatibilityThe Silicon Pressure Roller (40mm) is used to bed butyl tapes, reinforcement strips, and self-adhesive detailing products into wet membranes - especially around corners, penetrations, and floor wastes where larger rollers can't reach.

Why silicon material?
PerformanceThe silicon roller surface doesn't pick up uncured polyurethane or butyl adhesive the way rubber or plastic does. It releases cleanly from sticky materials and is easy to wipe clean between uses.

How is it used in waterproofing detail work?
InstallationApply the first membrane coat, lay the butyl tape or mesh into the wet membrane, then run the 40mm roller along the tape with firm hand pressure to expel air. The small width gets into corners that larger rollers miss.
