    Compatibility

    ProBond 1100PS is a 2-part epoxy for structural bonding, crack repair, anchoring, riglets, and welding fresh concrete to hardened concrete. Vertical, horizontal, and overhead applications. Non-sag formulation.

  • What's the bond strength?
    Performance

    ProBond 1100PS achieves 15.6 MPa bond strength at 2 days and 20.1 MPa at 14 days - exceeding parent concrete strength in most applications. Compressive strength 55.2 MPa. Resistant to moisture, oils, fuels, and mild chemicals.

  • How is it applied?
    Installation

    Mix the two components 1:1, then apply by trowel, brush, or cartridge gun depending on the joint. Pot life is approximately 45 minutes at 24°C. Tack-free in 3-5 hours, functional cure 6 hours, full strength 14 days.

  • Is it potable-water certified?
    Compatibility

    Yes. ProBond 1100PS is compliant with AS/NZS 4020 for potable water contact - approved for drinking water tank and treatment plant repairs.

  • Crack range it handles?
    Performance

    Suitable for cracks and voids 1-20mm wide. Non-sag high-viscosity formula stays in place on vertical and overhead surfaces. Dense impermeable bond once cured.
