Where do I use Elastoproof B50?

At all wall-to-floor junctions, substrate abutments, control joints and expansion/movement joints – wherever the membrane will be subject to differential movement.

Apply 1st coat of Gripset 38FC, P39, 2P or C-1P at the junction. While still wet, embed the B50 band centred over the junction, then roll flat. Overcoat with the 2nd coat of membrane, ensuring full encapsulation.

B10 = 120mm × 10m roll (residential repairs). B50 = 120mm × 50m roll (full bathroom / commercial use).

How to Use

Bedded between 2 coats of Gripset membrane1. Prime junction substrate
2. Apply 1st coat Gripset 38FC (or chosen membrane)
3. Bed B50 band into wet membrane, centred on joint
4. Press flat with brush or roller
5. Apply 2nd coat membrane fully encapsulating the band
