The dual-feed injection machine specified for ACTFLEX ER300. It meters and mixes Part A and Part B at the nozzle, so nothing is premixed.
The INJEXA SWDM 2500 is a dual-feed two-component injection machine. Part A resin and Part B hardener go into their own containers and the machine mixes them at the nozzle through a static mixer. It is the machine the ACTFLEX ER300 Technical Data Sheet names for structural epoxy crack injection.

Correct application makes all the difference.
Injection work delivers material under pressure. Never point a pressurised hose or packer fitting at any person, depressurise before disconnecting, and be aware that high-pressure injection injury is a surgical emergency requiring immediate hospital treatment even where the entry wound appears trivial. Do not exceed 2.5 MPa (25 bar) injection pressure, because excessive pressure widens the crack, causes blowouts and can damage the element. Do not premix Part A and Part B: the machine meters and mixes at the nozzle. Confirm the static mixing nozzle is clean and correctly fitted before starting, because a partially blocked nozzle delivers unmixed or off-ratio resin. Have flushing solvent and a spare mixing nozzle on hand before commencing, because the machine cannot be left standing with resin in the lines. Flush both the Part A and Part B lines immediately after use, and clean the static mixing nozzle, hoses and packer fittings before the resin cures. Hardened epoxy will permanently block the injection machine, hoses and mixing nozzle and cannot be removed. Use only in a well-ventilated area with the personal protective equipment specified in the Safety Data Sheet.

The INJEXA SWDM 2500 is a heavy-duty electric epoxy crack injection machine designed for two-component epoxy resin injection (Crack Pro 1200PS, ProBond 1100PS, ER300) into structural cracks under controlled pressure with automatic A:B ratio mixing.
Electric operation delivers consistent flow rate and pressure without operator fatigue, automatic ratio mixing ensures correct A:B blend (critical for epoxy cure), and the higher output makes the SWDM 2500 viable for large structural projects.
Fill the A and B resin reservoirs, connect the static mixer outlet to the injection wand and packer, set the pressure and flow rate, then inject sequentially through each packer until refusal. Refer to the operator manual for full setup procedure.
Designed for the Forspec two-component epoxy injection resins including Crack Pro 1200PS, ProBond 1100PS, and ER300. Single-component polyurethane resins use the manual SWM 1300/1500 pumps instead.
Requires standard 240V single-phase power (Australia/NZ). Always clean and flush the mixing system between jobs - cured epoxy in the static mixer will require replacement of the mixer head. Follow lockout/tagout procedures during maintenance.
