Key applications

  • ACTFLEX PU300 low-viscosity polyurethane injection
  • ACTFLEX PU200 moisture-reactive polyurethane injection
  • ACTFLEX PU500 high-expansion foaming polyurethane injection
  • ACTFLEX INJECTSWELL acrylic gel for micro-sealing
  • Epoxy resin injection
  • Cementitious grouts, fine particle only
  • Vertical work, starting from the lowest port and working upward
  • Horizontal runs, injecting from one end until material bleeds from the opposite side

Surface suitability

  • ACTFLEX PU300, low-viscosity polyurethane
  • ACTFLEX PU200, moisture-reactive polyurethane
  • ACTFLEX PU500, high-expansion foaming polyurethane
  • ACTFLEX INJECTSWELL, acrylic gel for micro-sealing
  • Epoxy resins
  • Cementitious grouts, fine particle only

Do not operate without activating the drill and auto-lock trigger. Do not leave moisture-sensitive resins, ACTFLEX PU200 and PU500, inside the unit. Do not use water for cleaning: it will corrode the piston and void warranty, use ACTFLEX FLUSH. Do not exceed 300 BAR. Do not run the machine dry for more than 15 seconds. Never store the machine with active resin inside, always clean and oil. If pausing for over 30 to 60 min, stop the machine and run a short flush cycle; if idle for more than 1 hour, flush fully and oil the piston to avoid material curing inside. Use with the listed injection products only, and cementitious grouts only in fine particle form.

Frequently asked questions

View all FAQs
  • What is the INJEXA SWM 1300 used for?
    Compatibility

The INJEXA SWM 1300 is a manually operated single-component crack injection pump used to inject polyurethane resins (PU200, PU300, PU500, Injectswell, Crack Swell PU1100) and low-viscosity epoxy (ER300) into concrete cracks under controlled pressure.

  • What pressure does it generate?
    Performance

The SWM 1300 generates up to 1300 bar (~18,800 psi) injection pressure, sufficient for full-depth crack penetration in structural concrete up to 300mm thick. Pressure is controlled by the operator's pumping rate.

  • How do I set it up?
    Installation

Fill the reservoir with the chosen injection resin, prime the pump by working the handle, connect the high-pressure hose to the injection packer using the gun coupler, then pump to inject material until refusal at each packer.

  • Which packers does it connect to?
    Compatibility

Compatible with both 10mm and 13mm Forspec injection packers via the quick-release grease gun coupler. Use the Injection Hose SWM and Injection Handle SWM for full system compatibility.

  • How do I clean the pump?
    Performance

Flush thoroughly with PU cleaning solvent (or epoxy solvent) immediately after use - any cured material in the pump will seize it permanently. Forspec recommends flushing with cleaning fluid between resin type changes too.
