Get your job done in half the time! The Makinex Mixing Station with stirrer can mix up to 100kg (220lbs) batches in 3 minutes. For large jobs (larger than 80m² or 861ft²) additional stations are recommended.

The Makinex Mixing Station is ultra-lightweight and the ergonomic design with easy tilt operation provides control and speed for precision pouring. It also features a dust/splash reduction cover for safer use and less mess.

Makinex's suitable products chart is based on an 80 to 100kg mix at 550 to 650 rpm, and when using a heavy bond or aggregate based mix you must drop to low speed on the variable controller and reduce the bag quantity. For jobs larger than 80m2, TWS's product notes recommend running additional stations. The necessary speed depends on the type of material being mixed, so check the material manufacturer's instructions. The mixer runs on 230V 50Hz at 18A full load, so give it a dedicated supply. Store the unit in a dry place protected against freezing. Electrical repairs must be performed exclusively by a professional electro-workshop. Makinex publishes no PPE list on the MS-100 page; mixing cementitious powders generates dust, so use the vacuum port and follow your site's WHS requirements.
