    The Forspec Heavy Duty Pressure Roller (20kg loaded weight) is a weighted roller used for installing self-adhesive sheet membranes (ACTFLEX 5000, 900S, PREFLEX 3000) and detailing tapes - the weight delivers consistent pressure without requiring operator force.

  • Why weighted?
    Performance

    Self-adhesive membranes require firm pressure to activate the adhesive bond. Operator-applied pressure varies along the run, creating weak spots. A weighted roller delivers consistent kPa across the entire membrane area.

  • How do I use it?
    Installation

    Position the membrane in place, then walk the weighted roller across the full surface area applying overlapping passes. The 20kg weight does the work - no body weight needed.

  • Which membranes require a weighted roller?
    Compatibility

    Recommended for ACTFLEX 900S (self-adhesive fleece EPDM), ACTFLEX 5000 (self-adhesive sheet), PREFLEX 3000 (pre-applied HDPE), and FORZAFLEX RR (after torching). Not used for liquid-applied membranes.

  • Care and storage?
    Performance

    Clean any membrane adhesive residue off the roller surface after use. Store dry to prevent steel components from rusting. The roller weight cannot be modified - it's calibrated for membrane installation.
