When should I use the 13 mm Abelrod over the 10 mm?
ApplicationUse the 13 mm rod for joints around 11–16 mm wide. It compresses by about 25–30% to give the right sealant depth and a sealant width/depth ratio close to 2:1.

CompatibilityNo. The polyethylene is non-bleeding, non-staining and compatible with the vast majority of construction sealants when installed without puncturing the skin.
