STAIN-PROOF Colour Enhancing Sealer, previously sold as INTENSIFIA, is a silane based combination of colour enhancer and impregnating sealer for natural stone, masonry and other hard porous materials. It gives deep, long lasting colour enrichment with water and oil based stain protection, and stays breathable.

Coverage
Coverage runs 4 to 15 m² per litre across two coats, depending on the surface. As a guide: dry pressed concrete paver about 4 m²/L, brick about 6 m²/L, smooth poured concrete about 7 m²/L, polished marble about 15 m²/L. Grout lines run about 305 linear metres per litre. Packs: .95L and 3.79L.

Will not prevent etching from acidic liquids or physical wear. Do not apply to surfaces already treated with an impregnator, the result can be patchy and uneven. Spraying is not recommended on polished surfaces. Once enhanced, the surface cannot be restored to the original look.

Color Enhancing Sealer will not prevent etching from acidic liquids, or physical surface wear. The level of enhancement will vary with the material being treated, so test a sample piece first. Once enhanced, the treated surface cannot be restored back to the original look, and wear, tear and cleaning will eventually require reapplication. DO NOT apply to surfaces already treated with an impregnator because the result can be patchy and uneven. Spraying is not recommended for polished surfaces. All excess residue must be removed or the product will not begin to cure. Avoid contact with moisture for a minimum of 8 hours and allow 4 weeks for full curing. WARNING: Combustible liquid. Causes eye irritation. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks and open flames, and wear gloves, protective clothing and eye and face protection.
