Gripset BRW PFN is a self-adhesive butyl rubber sheet membrane for high performance waterproofing over floor surfaces in internal and external areas. White face fabric with grey butyl backing, it features outstanding waterproof properties and enhanced resistance to vibration, movement and flexing, while supporting direct application of toppings and tiled finishes. Cold lay applied with no torching or heat welding. Class II, passes both AS4858 and AS 4654.1.

Must be finished over with tiling or topping. When tiling, use polymer modified cement based adhesives only. Hazardous: may cause allergic skin reaction, causes serious eye irritation. Wear protective gloves and eye protection.

- Concrete (allowed to cure for at least 28 days, primed with Gripset GP Primer at 1litre/8-10m2)

How do I install BRW PFN?
ApplicationPrime non-porous substrates with Xpress SP if needed, peel back the release liner and roll the sheet firmly onto the substrate. Use a hand roller to remove air and ensure full adhesion. Overlap joins by 50mm.
