On traditional granulated/sanded bituminous membranes, wood, metal, pre-painted metal, concrete, polyurethane (Trafik HP) and PVC pipe. HDPE surfaces need Elastocol Stick primer first.

What is the coverage?

19 L pail covers 23 m² at 0.8 mm wet film (0.6 mm dry film). 3.78 L pail covers 4.6 m².

How long between coats and to full cure?

Recoat after 2 hours. Tacky-touch dry at 12 hours. Fully cured in 3 days. Do not apply if rain is forecast within 12 hours.

What is the shelf life?

12 months in original packaging in a dry, protected environment. Application range +5°C; service temperature -30 to +150°C.

Is it durable enough for exposed applications?

Yes — UV resistant and passes Appendix A4 AS 4654 testing for heat ageing, cyclic movement and UV durability. Top coat with roofing granules for aesthetic finish.

How to Use

Brush or trowel apply liquid flashing into detail areas.1. Ensure substrate is clean and meets ICRI CSP 3 or 4 for concrete.
2. Mix product well before use.
3. Apply first layer at minimum 0.8mm WFT.
4. At transitions and changes of plane, embed Polyfleece into wet first coat until saturated.
5. Apply second layer at 0.8mm WFT once first is tacky free.
6. Apply third coat after 3 hrs or when second is tack-free.
7. Top coat with roofing granules for aesthetic finish if required.
