    Application

    1) Prime with GP primer. 2) Detail wall/floor junctions with BRW PF tape and bed Elasto collars over penetrations. 3) Apply 1st coat 38FC. 4) Apply 2nd coat 38FC cross-direction. 5) Cure 4 hrs before tiling, flood test at 24 hrs.

  • What substrates does the kit work on?
    Compatibility

    Concrete, render, masonry, compressed fibre cement sheet, plasterboard, wet area timber sheet and external grade plywood.

  • When can I tile?
    Cure & Dry Time

    Tile-over at 4 hours; flood test at 24 hours (at 23°C / 50% RH).

  • Is it certified for wet area use?
    Performance

    Yes – the 38FC membrane in the kit is compliant to AS 4858 (internal wet areas) and AS 4654.1 (external).

  • Is the kit safe for indoor / DIY use?
    Safety

    Yes – water based, solvent free, non-toxic and non-flammable. Standard ventilation and PPE is sufficient.
