  • What is this coupler used for?
    Compatibility

    The Quick Release Grease Gun Coupler attaches a standard grease gun (or Forspec injection pump) to the 10mm crack injection packers, providing a fast-connect threaded coupling that maintains pressure during resin injection.

  • How does the quick release work?
    Installation

    Push the coupler onto the packer nipple - the spring-loaded ball mechanism locks on automatically. Pull back the collar to release. This allows fast packer-to-packer movement during injection without unscrewing.

  • What pressure can it handle?
    Performance

    Rated for typical grease-gun pressures up to ~700 bar (~10,000 psi), which covers all polyurethane and epoxy injection applications used with the ACTFLEX system.

  • Which guns does it fit?
    Compatibility

    Fits standard 1/4 NPT threaded grease guns and the Forspec INJEXA SWM 1300/1500 injection pumps. Check pump thread spec before connecting.

  • How many couplers per project?
    Performance

    Most contractors use 2-3 couplers per project so one can be cleaned/serviced while others stay in active use. The 10-pack provides ample spares for ongoing injection work.
