    The Heavy Duty 230mm Roller Frame is the standard applicator frame for rolling out liquid waterproofing membranes, primers, and coatings over flat floor areas. 230mm is the workhorse size for most residential and commercial waterproofing applications.

  • Why a heavy-duty frame?
    Performance

    The reinforced wire frame doesn't flex under the weight of high-build membranes like ACTFLEX 929 HV or 925 SFPU. Lightweight frames deflect, causing uneven coverage and roller chatter marks in the finished membrane.

  • What roller covers fit?
    Installation

    Fits standard 230mm roller covers including the Forspec 6-pack covers (Roller Cover 230mm 6 Pack). For epoxy and polyurethane membranes, use mohair or microfibre nap covers.

  • Does this thread onto an extension pole?
    Compatibility

    Yes. The frame has a standard threaded handle socket that accepts most extension poles for overhead and large floor work.

  • Care and maintenance?
    Performance

    Clean any residual product off the frame after use to prevent build-up. The galvanised wire construction won't rust with normal use. Replace if the wire bends or the cage loses tension.
