Parchem Leakmaster LV-Z 320mL

It is a one-component polyurethane water-swellable paste used to bond Hydrotite strips to rough concrete, seal pipe penetrations, and seal non-movement construction joints in cast in-situ concrete.

Apply with a standard 320 mL cartridge gun in a continuous bead onto clean, dry concrete, shotcrete, metal or other surfaces. It cures by moisture and bonds firmly without solvents.

Once cured, Leakmaster LV-Z swells up to roughly twice its volume in contact with water and can support up to 20 m head of water pressure as a seal.

Yes. It is certified to AS 4020:2018 for use in contact with drinking water, in line with the wider Fosroc waterstop system.

Yes. It is specifically designed to seal rough concrete, shotcrete and pipe penetrations where strip waterstops cannot follow the contour of the substrate.
