What is the 27-inch HDPE pressure roller for?
CompatibilityThe 27-inch (~685mm) Extendible HDPE Pressure Roller is designed for large-format sheet membrane installation - rolling out PREFLEX 3000, ACTFLEX 5000, ACTFLEX 900S, and FORZAFLEX RR membranes to ensure full substrate contact across wide spans.

Why extendible?
PerformanceThe telescoping handle lets you roll large membrane sheets from a standing position, reducing back strain on big projects. The wide HDPE roller covers more area per pass than standard 300-400mm rollers.

How do I use it?
InstallationLay the membrane in position, then roll firmly from the centre outward along the full length to expel air and bed the self-adhesive backing or detailing adhesive into the substrate. Overlap each pass slightly to ensure full coverage.

Which sheet membranes need this?
CompatibilityRecommended for any sheet membrane installation over 5m² where consistent pressure is critical. Smaller patches and detail work can use the 230mm or 40mm rollers instead.

What is HDPE construction better than rubber?
PerformanceHDPE doesn't compress under pressure, so the load transfers fully to the substrate. Rubber rollers cushion the pressure and reduce contact effectiveness for sheet membranes.
