Two-part epoxy repair paste for structural bonding. High strength for concrete and masonry.
PROBOND 1100 is a two-part epoxy adhesive paste for bonding and repairing concrete, masonry, stone and metal. It reaches 40 MPa compressive strength and 8 MPa tensile strength, ideal for structural applications where lasting bond is critical.

Correct application makes all the difference.
Not for use in contact with potable water - the AS/NZS 4020 claim is withheld pending certification. Not a waterproofing membrane, it seals and bonds within a system and does not waterproof an area. Not for application to damp, wet or frosted substrates, or where moisture is present in the crack or void. Not for cracks narrower than 3mm. Not for new concrete less than 28 days old. Do not apply below 5C or above 35C substrate and ambient temperature. Do not dilute, extend, re-temper or add solvent under any circumstances. Do not leave the full mixed kit standing confined in the mixing container, the reaction is exothermic. Do not apply to the central flexible zone of FORSPEC EXPANDOFLEX JOINT TAPE. Not designed for structural load transfer across a movement joint. Discard mixed material that has begun to gel, it cannot be reworked. Both Part A and Part B are classified HAZARDOUS CHEMICAL and DANGEROUS GOODS, signal word DANGER - wear impermeable nitrile gloves, eye and face protection and long-sleeved clothing, ensure good airflow and read both Safety Data Sheets before use.

We supply premium waterproofing products backed by expert advice, fast service and real-world experience.
ProBond 1100 and 1100PS share the same chemistry - they are the same epoxy paste sold in different formats. 1100PS is supplied in dual cartridges with static mixer; 1100 (10kg paste) is supplied as a bulk pail for larger jobs.
Use the 10kg paste kit when you have large-volume bonding work that would consume many dual cartridges, or when you need to dose the epoxy by mass for specific applications (anchoring sets, custom mix ratios).
Mix Part A and Part B 1:1 by mass or volume per the supplied instructions, then apply by trowel, putty knife, or pump per the application. Pot life is approximately 45 minutes after mixing - work in manageable batches.
Yes. The 1100 10kg paste has identical chemistry and certifications as 1100PS, including AS/NZS 4020 potable water contact compliance. 55.2 MPa compressive, 20.1 MPa bond strength at 14 days.
Used for large structural bonding projects: precast panel anchoring, large crack repair, bridge work, structural retrofits, and any application where the dual-cartridge format would be impractical due to volume.
