CM40377 is a Certificate of Conformity from CMI Australia, issued after independent testing against the Australian standards. It is the strongest compliance evidence available for a building product, and it travels with every flange you install.
A $12 part sits under a bathroom for the life of the building. Actnow warrants it for that long, which tells you what they think of the rubber, and takes the cheapest possible failure point off your risk list.

The flood test version has the bottom blocked off from the factory so it holds water for a flood test without a balloon. Once the test passes, you cut a small incision in the base to drain it and the flange stays in permanently.
