SWP Seal Tight

SWP Seal Tight is a penetrating inorganic silicate sealer that waterproofs, hardens, and dustproofs concrete, masonry, render, terrazzo, and most natural stone - reacting chemically with the substrate to form a single insoluble mass.

Acrylic sealers form a film on top of the substrate that wears off. Seal Tight reacts chemically with the substrate itself, creating a permanent crystallised structure that won't peel, flake, or wear away under traffic.

Apply to a clean, dry substrate by brush, roller, or spray. Saturate to refusal in multiple coats - the substrate absorbs as much as it needs. Excess product on the surface should be wiped or washed off.

Old and new concrete, brick, block, render, plaster, terrazzo, and most natural stone. Suitable both above and below ground, floors and walls. Resists acid, oil, fuel, fats, and grease once cured.

Non-toxic, non-caustic, non-flammable inorganic chemistry. Safer to handle than solvent-based sealers. Refer to the supplied SDS for full safety procedures.
